Can I/Should I prune?

in Plants
Hi, this is my first post so please forgive my ignorance if I get it wrong.
During the winter of 2017/18 I planted 4 bare root Hybrid Tea Roses. They all did really well last year and I've even had 2 flower since Christmas. I have heard so many differing bits of advice regarding when to prune, although the most common, is to do this in March once the risk of winter frost is over. I am trying to be patient and with the "heatwave" we're experiencing lately, I'm getting a bit "twitchy". There are definite signs of new growth and I'm keen to do the right thing, especially as last year's showing was stunning and long lived. I want to repeat if not better it.
So, should I prune now or give it a week or two? Any advice would be very much appreciated.

At Peter Beales Classic Roses (where they have thousands of roses) they prune throughout the winter otherwise they wouldn’t get them all done.
So I’d say you can get on and do them now.🙂
