Dies anyone have any tips on pruning a white riot that goes over an arch. I have followed books thinking I have got it right but it never flowers all I end up with is loads of long new growth. Which I usually have to chop off again as it’s such a mess.
It has only ever had one flower☹️☹️☹️.
