Hi all.I've recently sown some winter gem lettuce seeds on a kitchen window sill and now have seedlings approx 1.5 inch high.my question is what do I do with them now ? Can I transfer them to my greenhouse to grow on ?.

Yes, but you'll need to 'harden them off' so they gradually get used to the difference in temperature between the kitchen and the greenhouse, otherwise the shock might kill them.  The usual advice is to put them in the greenhouse during the day but bring them back inside each night, for about 2 weeks.  The growth rate will slow down quite a lot as they adjust but should then pick up again.
