I have a green house with old green house window glass that overlaps, panels are 36" x 60" with three rows of six panes, i have tried to move the glass panes that have slipped down but not having any luck with them staying in place.
Any suggestions?

Hi 
Most greenhouse glass is fixed in to place with glazing clips. They are a W shape and fix the glass between the rebated framework. You can buy these online or at most GC 
If the glass as slipped it might be difficult to reposition or remove them without breaking the glass. 
A old trick is to run washing up liquid between the glass and gently see if you can ease them back in to position

There should also be a couple of z-clips between each pane which prevent the upper pane from sliding down over the lower pane, like these:
