Call me cynical, but I was waiting for the advert.... ;)

Unless you have several acres, and are doing heavy work all the time, gardening won't make you lose weight as such.
It'll keep you fit - mentally and physically though.
I have a couple of acres and do lots of physical stuff, it almost tackles the excess me and certainly keeps me sane(ish)
Probably some sort of ad but the products mentioned mean nothing to me :)
    Well flagged but still here
  • Even I flagged it but it is not going away.

P.S. I don't know why you guys are so concerned with the products given that I asked solutions related to the losing weight

To begin with, I would like to talk about the benefits of gardening. The scientists responsible for sending humans into space found that gardening helps keep astronauts sane and positive in the harsh conditions of space. They found that planting and growing seeds, even in small pots, has great mental health benefits. Accordingly, you can lose weight by gardening because you are always on the move. A clear example is my sedentary winter job and summer job, where I am in the garden almost daily. Usually, by the end of the summer, my bathroom scale show minus 7-10 kg.
