Problem solving
Hi
Hopefully a very quick question. Does anyone recognize what disease is affecting my CrabApple Tree and what I need to do to cure/treat it
Many Thanks

It looks like it's only lichen, which is nothing to worry about. Is the tree very old?

Many Thanks. If its not a problem then fine. Was just worried since the tree is quite old - 25 years +

It’s beautiful and only grows on trees in pure air, do you live in the country.

Nope not at all - small town in Essex. Main cause of concern was for the tree since it has been in our front garden for a long time and didn't want to loose it by not doing anything to control what looked to be a problem. Thanks again

Much more lichen about now since cleaner air. I have it growing very young trees and shrubs
