Oriental Lily are growing already

I've had oriental lilies in the same place in my garden for years. I've never dug them up. For the first time they started sprouting in late December. I now have small Lily plants in my garden. Will this affect this year blooms? I'm worried if it carries on and dies back later I won't get any blooms this year.

I Think the main problem is likely to be from early slugs. If they chew the tops off, you will get no flowers.
