I had 3 small cacti given to me has Christmas presents, will they survive out of doors now or even in the summer. Thanks

I doubt it. Unless you live in Arizona or New Mexico.

Some Cacti will stand some frost if they are kept dry. However in our climate I would not risk putting them outside until late May. they do like to be out in a sunny position in June July August , but I bring them in before the first frosts.

The dry part is the key there though. Our wet weather (especially cold wet weather) will kill them pretty quickly. I wouldn't risk it either way.
