Using Earthworm Castings
Hello,
A Very Happy New Year 2019 !
I have been watching a large number of worm casting mounds coming up in my garden and I'm thinking about collecting these nutrition bombs to use as top soil in hanging baskets/growbags for flowers & veggies later in the summer, but before that for sowing seeds in trays.
To be honest, I've already collected about a kilo of stuff in 2 days by collecting for just 15 minutes each day. I was hoping to find gardeners who have already tried this before, to share their experience and potential pitfalls if any.
Any suggestions ?
Thanks.

Although I 'd be able to identify which seedlings are mine, can weed off the unwanted ones if there are any.
But yes, better to avoid the pain.
