Have all TM customer care gone to the oon

i have had no end of problems with TM customer care in that they just don’t reply to my emails I have had to cancel several orders due to the never ending shift in delivery times, the most absurd of all being one of their so called special offers for hydrangeas with a 24 hour dispatch time and I’m still waiting 8 days later. A resent request for a refund resulted in an email to say the refund was being processed but 10 days later still no refund and now any emails I’ve sent about seven and still counting only get the automated response. I tried getting my money back with paypal but they too seem to be making it very difficult in that their help line How Toninstruction don’t seem to relate to what I see on the relavent place on my account I.e. escalate to a claim supposedly at the bottom of the dispute form just does not appear under my case file, stupidly I decided to ring them at 7p a minute only to be subjected to endless adverts and 5 minutes of music before deciding that they have had enough money from me and hung up in a very bad mood. I just don’t know what to do next

Maybe if we tag @Thompson Morgan they'll see your message and respond here.
    Good luck

What you do nowadays with companies who ignore you is go on social media with your issue.
They can't sort it quick enough if they think the whole world's watching.   :)
i don't use it, but you can sign up easily to Facebook in order to make your complaint.

Have you telephoned TM? When I've had cause to do that I've always had issues sorted straight away.

It's all at the end of the OP's message  :)

  • I believe Twitter is the platform to complain on, for maximum effect.  Good luck!

I don't use Twitter. Why should we have to?

there's a facebook group but they could ignore you there as well

I've found them rather inconsistent in the past. My way of dealing with it? I generally don't order from them.

Couldn't agree more Ju1, but if someone has an existing issue, it needs dealt with. No one should have to resort to naming and shaming but it seems like it's the only way many companies will address complaints nowadays. Ridiculous.  :/

I also don't deal with them for plants, although they're ok for seeds. I use reputable nurseries and online suppliers if I can't get something I want at the nursery I use.

  • I believe T&M use Feefo as their review site go on there and write a few bad reviews that will reduce their star rating and might get a response.

Probably best not to use T&M, they don’t get many good reviews.
its a shame that they are the main advertisers in the Gardeners World magazine, full page offers.
