sea holly, dark red are scabious, white and red roses of course

Yes the blue ones are a type of sea holly also known as Eryngium ... you’ll find several types suitable for dried flower arrangements on the Sarah Raven website

Theo big white ones are Ranunculus. There’s one white rose.
