What’s this plant?

I’ve rescued this plant but don’t know what it is. It has a trailing habit so I’ve supported it with garden canes. It’s currently in flower, the leaves are round with a 3cm diameter, I have it indoors now but has been outside almost all year and do e very well. Can you advise please?
