September nearly ends

September has nearly come to an end. The weather has been really good, some plants have had a second wind of flowers. I am really pleased with all of the plants that I grew from seed last year. And no doubt I will be growing even more next year. Now comes the task of planting over 400 spring bulbs. Happy days and gardening to you all.

Jacqueline - your photos are huge and take ages to download for those of us blessed with slow internet.  They even crash some people out so could you please, pretty please, reduce the size so more of us can enjoy them.   Still loading here after 5 minutes.........

  • Hi Jacqueline you certainly have had a great summer your plants and garden look
beautiful. Good luck with the bulb planting. I live in Derbyshire and I must say I also
have had a good year in the garden, the plants have flowered their heads off and slugs
and snails seem to have been all but wiped out by the severe winter,
so I hope next year turns out as well.
