Regards using raised beds in greenhouse

This year I made raised beds in my greenhouse for growing tomatoes and cucumbers. Fantastic results. My question is, to do the same next season can I just refresh the current contents with well rotted manure and garden compost or do I have to replace everything ? I know it's not good to grow the same crop in the same soil !!! Any guidance please.

I just remove the top 9 inches of soil /compost and replace with same,  adding some manure for the first time this year. Hasn't appeared to make any difference adding manure to the growth or cropping so will probably do again if only to help the greedy feeders like cucumbers.
