Tree ID Please

Hi

Can anyone confirm if this is a cedar tree please and if so what type?

If its not cedar then anyone know what it is? Thanks

    Many conifers have foliage similar to that so can't be sure.   The form of your tree looks like that of an eastern red cedar so maybe it is.

    Are you just curious or planning to do something with the tree?   If you're planning to prune, you need to know it won't grow back from bare brown wood so, like most conifers, you need to be careful only to cut back into green foliage.
