Can you identify this . Please

Can anyone identify this? It is about 30-40cms high, has thick surface runners and is growing in a spoil heap between ancient farmland and a new building project now under construction, also on ancient farmland in Dorset.

In its double form too. I find it very thuggish. Spreads everywhere.
  • It sneaks here under the fence from next door ...

Sadly, it's not, apparently, thuggish enough to prevent building on ancient farmland.
  • Thanks everyone. It had me stumped cos of being the double form (which is apparently less thugish).
  • It’s the double form that we have here ... it spreads but is fairly easily pull up able when it outgrows its welcome.
