Cactus has black spots, and white/brown patches.

My cactus has black spots and white/brown patches. Also has fuzz on pricks. It has been like this for a while and nothing has changed. Can someone help pin point the issue?

    It might be mealybug which is common on cactus.

    A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

    I seen that but wasn't sure how to tell for sure if that's what it is. Also there are black dots on it and that's not mealybugs. That is sign of dry rot.

    It looks ok to me.
    The white fuzz at the base of spines is normal on many cacti.
    There are some small scars on the surface, but that is just caused by scarring after survived injury or insect attack, none of us has perfect skin forever!
    The black spots might perhaps become a problem if they get larger or start to go soft in the middle, but at present I do not think they are a major worry.
