ID of an interloper

Could anyone please identify this plant which has appeared in one of my planters.

    One of the Hypericums I think.

    I think so too @BobTheGardener ... a hypericum.  

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    How exciting. No idea where it’s come from and ended up in an old bucket I use for some annuals as my garden is the only one with any plants in around here - it a  all fake grass and decking kind of neighbourhood, although we do have some lovely green belt land a couple of 100 mtrs away.
    would you suggest I move it to somewhere more suitable than a bucket? I have 3 raised beds - one in full sun all day, one in sun at the front but dappled shade at the back and one that only gets sun for the afternoon... would any of these be ok or even a big planter I can move when needed?

    I find they do well almost anywhere. I have been trying to get rid of them from my garden for years as they self seed very readily.

    Thanks Hogweed. Might put it in a pot that I can move out of the way before it starts to seed. Would hate to bin it as it’s made the effort to get here 😊

    They pop up everywhere, but it's easy enough to pull out the ones you don't want.
    In London. Keen but lazy.

    Worth keeping until it flowers at which point you can decide if it's a keeper.  The flowers can be very variable in size from seed-grown plants (the plant is probably a 'gift' from a bird) varying from insignificant to quite showy.

    Looks like the one with fairly nondescript flowers,grown mainly for the berries; a reddish green in Summer then turning black. I would get it in the ground if possible.
