Name of this shrub please

3m tall in places.  Growing up against a fence in a shady spot.  Pink bottlebrush flowers in summer.

Borderline

They look like Spiraea Douglasii.

As above , but if it's in your garden or your thinking of buying one , be warned as it can be very invasive .

Thanks both.  It’s an existing mature shrub in a shady corner of my garden.  I’m surprised it does so well there but it’s nicely hemmed in so cannot wander too far.
