It looks like a Potentilla. Possibly Danny Boy.

Looks more like calibrachoa "Milllion Bells" to me - used as a petunia look alike in hanging baskets and pots as it's not so sticky when dead-heading.
Vendée - 20kms from Atlantic coast.

That looks like Calibrachoa plant, sometimes called Million Bells. But not sure about woody, could be an old plant?

It’s got succulent type leaves if that’s a clue for anyone. I don’t think Million Bells has leave like that.

That definitely looks like Calibrachoa. I grow them because there is no need to dead-head at all, and they flower for over 5 months.
