    Looks like callistemon salignus, bottlebrush shrub

    It is a Hebe.
    Maybe hebe salicifolia.
    Perthshire. SCOTLAND .

    Thanks think it is the hebe as the flowers aren't as bristly as the bottlebrush shrub when I looked at it.  Wanted to find out about when to prune so thanks for identifying.
