Overgrown Hebe

Hi
I am not sure what to do with this overgrown hebe?. Any advice is much appreciated

    It looks ok to me, but a feed and some more water wouldn't do it any harm.

    I have found hebes to be quite ditsy. Some take to hard pruning, others just turn up their toes and die. You could give it a light prune and see how it copes. Is it very brown in the middle with all the growth at the ends?

    Wouldn't say it is particularly brown in the middle.  It is just full if lots of spindly thin looking growth and a fairly large while developing in the middle
