Green Flies on Blackberries and Raspberries fruit

Not greenflies but  a normal fly with a bright green body
They are sitting on the fruit as they start to "go over " as my Grannie used to say
I would imagine they are sucking the sugar. I have not noticed this before
Everyone is just trying to be Happy.....So lets help Them.

    Yep ... it's what they do ... the country hedgerows will have a lot of them.  You can wash your fruit before eating (although I never do and I'm still here).  :)
