That seems too be the one! I wonder how it ended up beside my beans? I see it is described as hallucinogenic, or poisonous, so I'd better not mix them up!
I think the seeds are sometimes in bird seed mixes. They do pop up most summers ... the warmer the summer the more seem to appear as they need warmth to germinate.

Certainly it is the unusual weed of the year. I have them for the first time in my garden, away from bird feeders. They must have lain dormant a long time until we got this hot weather.
I was reading a (fiction) book where ground up seeds are blown in peoples faces and they become totally pliant, doing just what the criminal wants, and remembering nothing. Apparently a common use in certain drug riddled South American countries.
