Have you not looked at the David Austin website? alternatively, and probably cheaper, you could try Style Roses... I know they have it as well... they are first class suppliers of excellent roses...
Style roses are out of stock currently, so you will have to get it direct from Austins as shown above... There is no separate climbing version, you have to train it that way yourself if you want it to climb... what you saw on the t.v. was growing as a large shrub, probably a group of 3 together.. ...in my garden below on an obelisk with rope, showing it can be trained as a short rambler..
