Leaf disease on indoor herbs/pepper plants!

Hello!
I have quite a few plants in my little flat, including herbs and pepper plants, and a lot of them seem to have some kind of leaf disease. Think it was originally brought in by some thyme, which I got rid of, but I think it must've spread and now all my herbs and a couple of my pepper plants have it. Have attached pics - anyone know what it is and if I can cure it?
