I’d help please

Hi can anyone identify this plant? It has arrived in the middle of a pot. I assume I put it there believing it was a mini dahlia... but it certainly seems to be a mystery intruder. 
Marne la vallée, basically just outside Paris 🇫🇷, but definitely Scottish at heart.

    Certainly a lot about this year.  I have just pulled one out of the gaps in the patio slabs.

    Ok so after reading up on Wikipedia I assume I should treat as a weed and dispose of it?

    Yes. Wear gloves.

    That's up to you. Weed is a personal opinion, it's your garden and you can grow what you like.

    Based in it already crowding out the pot it’s in it’s probably depriving the other plants of water which is scarce anyway. Out it comes I think. Thanks for the help ant the tip about the gloves.
