My  celery  has  grew  well  in  height   but  the  stems  are  only  thin  could this  caused  by  the  plants  not  being  planted  deep  enough  could  someone  advise  me  on  planting  celery

High maintenance sums it up. You can't let the soil dry out. I tried growing it here but summers were too hot for it. Ditto celeriac, unfortunately.
