Odd shaped strawberries

Why do my strawberries grow this shape, and a few have a worm in them? What am I doing wrong?

Strawberries need to be pollinated a few times and if they are not pollinated enough they turn out like the ones in your picture

So can I do anything to help that happen? 🤔

Not really always make sure pollinators have access, that's all you can do, there is nothing wrong with the fruit just cosmetic.
