Pruning a yucca

I’ve started to read up on how to keep my yucca from growing too high and wide, and would appreciate your suggestions. Thanks.

You can take off the lower leaves they will die back eventually anyway. It won't grow too high (depending on what you mean by high). They do occasionally give a spike of white flowers.
