Is this a weed??

Can anybody tell me if the picture is a weed. It is a picture my sister sent me asking if I knew.

    The one on the left looks like Spurge (a weed). Not sure about the right one

    It's one of the annual Euphorbias that I can't tell apart. Generally considered a weed.

    A bit fuzzy when I zoom in but looks to be that weedy little euphorbia one, the proper name escapes me at the moment.
    I pull them out, comes up very easily.

    Edit: Euphorbia peplus (petty spurge).

    Common knot grass on the right, I think..
