wild marginal lilies

Could anyone advise when it would be ok to lift and move these. I have gone a bit on the wild side in the garden this year and although the flowers on these plants have long since died off, I am left with great stems and leaves of these which are hiding the rest of the plot.
My planning was not my finest. I need to move these and would like to do this as soon as possible.

    Martagon lilies maybe?  plus 'auto-correct'?

They do naturalise well in the right conditions ... they could be considered 'semi wild' maybe???
