Growing advice?

Hi all,

I planted some Onions and Beetroot a week and a half ago or so and they are just starting to come through - I am very conscious that they are coming through quite thickly (I never anticipated that so many seeds would sprout) - should I separate them and if so how do I go about doing that?

I read somewhere that old tea leaves are a great fertiliser for flowers: is this true also for vegetables and something I could mix in to help growth?

Further to this I have some broad beans potted indoors currently - they are about 5 inches tall at present; would it be a good time to plant them outside?

Unfortunately I can’t manage to attach images of the onions and beetroot but they seem to be quite dense...

Thanks for any advice!
Aidan.

Broad beans out yes, but be careful of hot sun. Tea bags take a while to help soil/feed so feed with something else now.  Onions/beets need room. Get something small like a dibber or pencil loosen soil near to plants and gently lift out and replant in own space at once. Leave space between plants as big as you would if they were full sized plus a bit. Best of luck.
