Gunnera leaves

What is eating my gunners leaves? Have looked for caterpillars, slugs and snails but can't see any thinking the stems and leaves to be too 'jaggy'.

    Go and have a look with a torch at night. Could be tiny snails.
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor.
