Straggley Lavatera

I have two lavatera bushes, one of them grown from a cutting several years ago. Both of them are very tall and straggley and are not a good shape. I pruned them both in early spring. How can I ensure that they are a better shape next year. Thanks.

Hi Papi Joe I pruned them the same as yours. Maybe my borders are too full of plants and there's not enough room. IlI' have to be more ruthless next year and clear out some. But thanks for your reply.
