Alien Shirley F1 fruit

Hi all. Something has gone very wrong with my Shirley F1 tomato plant. I can't find anything in my books or online as to what has happened... Anyone seen this before?

Need a pic of the other side too to be sure but it looks like one of mine from last year, a flower splits into two or more and when pollinated forms a multi headed fruit didn't do well and never ripened enough to eat.

Is it just one fruit or all of them?

Thanks for the replies. The first pic is the bottom of the fruit. The other two from the top. Yes all fruits affected. All flowers also look multi headed! I’m wondering if there is some sort of genetic failure of the F1 hybrid. Either way the plant looks a bit alien. Normally when I pinch out it’s between stem and branch but his plant sprouted from the ide of the stem!

are the stems thickened and flattened, is it fasciation?
