Pesky Grasses

I'm afraid I have no idea what these grasses are!  I would be very grateful for your help.

Picture 2 is the bottom part of the grass in the first picture.

I'm pretty sure grass 3 is stipa tenuissima.  I have several myself.

Picture 4 looks very similar to a dischampsia I have, but I'm not sure.  To an ignoramus like me several sort of grasses look very similar to each other.

I'm rather surprised that the many real experts on this board have not been able to identify any of them!

I'm intrigued by the title; are they pesky because you don't like them or because of the fact that you don't know what they are, and that irritates you??

Hopefully, someone else will be able put me right if my two IDs above aren't right and even identify the 3rd?  I feel I've seen that particular grass somewhere, so I will try and research it.  Wish me luck!

I called them pesky because I thought they were, and they keep proving so to be!  They appear to have baffled quite a number of people!

I did promise to do further research(!), and I have.  But bless these garden ornaments, there are myriads of them. 

I'm still rather sure that the third is stipa tenuissima.

If the first is this one:

then it might be Deschampsia Cespitosa, "Northern Lights"??

As for the 4th, I still suspect it's Deschampsia Cespitosa, " Goldtau"...  Perhaps.

BUT, I could easily be entirely wrong!

As you say, there are myriads of them, so, I suppose, we'll have to learn to live without knowing!
