Bug ID on passiflora climber

hey gardeners! Noticed his bunch of eggs/bugs wondering if they're ladybirds? Or should I get rid? 

They are on a new passiflora climber which which is looking very sad after the wind last week. It's about a metre but now only two thin stems. Shall I trim back and pop it in the greenhouse? Any suggestions on saving it much appreciated

Those are the early instar nymphs of (probably) shield beetles of some kind. There are quite a few similar nymphs at that stage of development. Have a look at the link below if you're curious.
