My Eunomus is dropping leaves although it is looking healthy, should I be worried?

It might just need a drink, it's been quite dry of late (in the South, at least)!
Do you have spots on any of the leaves? It could otherwise be a scale infestation.

Thank you Bob, no there are no spots or discolouration, apart from leaf drop looks very healthy so I'll take your advice and give extra feed and water
