I received some tulip bulbs as a present but i think it's too late to plant them. Please give me advice!.

Yes it is. Store dry and plant out in autumn. Chuck them away if they are soft.

Thank you. Should I store them in the fridge or dark cupboard is ok? They seems to be firm and dry.

Store them in a paper bag in a dark, cool, dry place (cupboard is fine)
You could also dust them with insecticide/fungicide powder, but too be fair I cannot give you more advice than that as I have never used any myself!
