Problems with my cherry tree

Hello,

My cherry tree is covered now in some sticky nasty substance with some black deposits and has insects as per the attached picture. Could you please advise what's wrong with it and what can be done about it. Thanks!

Don't worry, everything is under control!
The black and orange creatures are lady bird larvae.
They are eating the aphids which are creating the sticky stuff.
Honeydew is aphid poo after they have sucked the sap from your tree.
Sometimes you get a black mould growing on the honeydew, but that will wash off in time.

So it's all good news  :D

We have hundreds of these lovely little creatures at my place of work,  all about to grow into ladybirds. They are on the walls, trees, logs everywhere!! I was wondering if I could bring some home to my garden to start a brood. I've never seen so many in one place before.
