Euphorbia?

Hi - can anyone identify this plant for a colleague of mine please?  Looks like some form of Euphorbia but not sure.  It's in a shady place.

    It’s also poisonous, I believe (can’t remember which parts, seeds, probably...) so make sure they keep any animals or kids away from it. The usual irritant euphorbia sap as well, of course. It grows wild in the woods around here so I make sure my dogs don’t go near it.
