Hi,

We laid a beautiful turf in October 2016 and it has looked fantastic up until now. It has suddenly begun to show wide leaf blades over about 1/8 of the lawn concentrated mainly at one end as in attached. Could this be to me over feeding/anti weeding it or anther reason please and is there any way I can return it to last year’s beautiful uniformity?

Any advice would be really gratefully received.

Most likely couch grass or similar that was either in the soil prior to the turf or came in on the turf or through the air. Nothing that you will have done and other than selectively dig it out there's not much you can do about it. Selective weed killer cannot distinguish between this and the grass you want to keep so that's not an option.
