Weed?

Hello. Before I pull out this plant (the one with the oval leaves with serrated edges) can anyone ID it please? Thanks for your help.

    Possibly Campanula portenschlagiana ... I'd leave it a while to see what it turns into ... but I'd get rid of the willowherbs  and dandelion seedling to its left  :)

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
