ID this plant please!

Hi everyone,

We have two of these very unhappy looking plants in our office lobby - does anyone know what plant it is so I can try make it happy again? I feel like it could do with some more soil for one.

    A good cleaning of the leaves, a much bigger pot and some food would probably help a lot.. It's doing ok, though.

    Thanks everyone! I have cleaned up the leaves and it looks a little better! How can you tell it needs less water?
