Poo detective

Hi can anyone tell me if this is rat or hedgehog poo ..

    It’s not rat, but I’m not sure it’s hedgehog either. 
    Gardening on the wild, windy west side of Dartmoor. 

  • looks like fox poo to me, no expert though.

    Much too small for fox. Squirrel?

    Did you pick one apart or sniff it? Could be a small hedgehog. If there was a lot of insect bits in there then you could be pretty certain it was.

    Zooming in I'm pretty sure that's hedgehog ... looks like what 'our' hedgehogs leave behind after tucking into their supper.  :)
