HOw do I create a moss wall of super oxygenators like the one at RHS Chelsea?

I have recently moved to a property with a large garden and would like to create a wall of moss super oxygenators like the one at RHS chelsea. Can anyone help as it probably needs moss that is not the type I find in my lawn😀

The RHS offers this advice for living walls

I think the mosses used at Chelsea require some highly specialised growing techniques and technology so not for the ordinary gardener.

  • Thanks for both responses so far. I'm sure there must be some alternatives , or even different plants I can use. So will keep searching. As for expert growing, like everyone who starts I appreciate it may be trial and error before I achieve the end goal. Thanks for taking the time to respond though , much appreciated.

The RHS link does suggest other plants that would be both easier to source and to maintain.  I would think the main difficulty will be the construction of the plant support structure and providing a reliable and regular supply of water.

  • Thanks again, I've an engineer for a hubby so he can put his thinking hat on for the support etc.
