Help with plant ID please

Sorry, the pics aren't very clear - taken with my phone and no zoom.
The plant (shrub?) stands over 5ft with burgundy flowers.

    I think it's a Rubus, can't remember the complete name but I'll look it up if nobody comes up with it

    I googled Rubus on images - might it be
    • RUBUS SPECTABILIS 'OLYMPIC DOUBLE'

    Can anyone tell me if this will 'travel' everywhere like raspberries? I might prefer to admire it in another garden
