Watering system

 We have a greenhouse and shortly will be off on our summer hols we have some tomato plants and cucumber plants in the greenhouse are looking for irrigation system while we are away to water the plants . Can anybody suggest a good system I have tried one which is a micro drip system that sadly that did not work think the pipe may not have been wide enough. So pleased to be out there can help me I would appreciate it many thanks Geoff

    A hosepipe and sprinkler or drip hose attached to a timer and an outside tap.

    Set the timer to go off at night for maximum absorption of moisture.   Worked for me for years in my last garden.   Haven't left this new one yet at a watering time of year.

    Hi Geoff...I use Quadgrows in the greenhouse, just like the one below that I used last year outside, but not sure if this is an option for you as they would need to be planted up.

    The res holds 30L so not sure if that would be enough to cover the duration of your holiday.
