Someone else has started a thread along the same lines Alun.
The ocnsensus is - better to grow yourself from seed, or buy a few plants from a garden centre or similar. Some places may still have a few at pennies each.
I'd also complain to them. If you weren't kept informed as to delivery etc.
You could have purchased elsewhere if you knew that's what you were going to get.

Worth perhaps calling to check. They look happy little plants to me.

I've put better than that in the compost bin. Appalling.

I'd agree with fidget. They're the size of **** all.
Doesn't matter if they're  a freebie either - many people get suckered into these offers because of that kind of marketing.
As I said before - you could have put off buying from a responsible outlet, because you were expecting a handful of decent little plants with your other order. I can understand that - I'd possibly have done the same myself.
    Very unfair.
